Email attachments are now allowed

Templates (e.g., for accepted papers) and email messages sent via People:Send Email can now have file attachments. Simply upload the file to Conference:Files as an attachment and then select the appropriate file when setting up the template or sending the email.

You may also find "markdown" formatting helpful, so that email messages are rendered as "rich text", with bold, italics and other mark-up.

  1. It would be goog to have options to mail authors that forget to submit the eCF, or forget to match the presenter, or forget to upload the final paper.
By the moment what we are doing is massive mailing, and then authors complain of to much spam from the conference.
